Lydia's Chair Massage was founded by Licensed Massage Therapist Lydia Hernandez in hopes of bringing quality massage therapy to the workplace, local San Antonio events and trade shows...anywhere someone could benefit from the healing qualities of massage therapy.

Lydia discovered early in her massage therapy career that Chair Massage, or Seated Massage, was an effective method of relieving stress and pain, improving morale and the job performance of those she worked on.
